Construction of new Clarifier and Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) to process increased flows at the Wastewater Treatment Plant serving the Brothers of Mercy health care campus. The cast-in-place concrete structures were constructed simultaneously, and without interruption to existing wastewater plant process flows. Successful startup and commissioning of the new treatment equipment was completed in September 2020.
