Construction of a 36” thick 33,000 SF exterior concrete storage pad and facility. 10,000 cubic yards of existing contaminated or otherwise unsatisfactory soil was removed from below the storage pad location and replaced with structural backfill. 3,000 cubic yards of heavily reinforced concrete was successfully placed and finished while adhering to cold-weather concrete requirements. $4M Project completed in 2013.
