Construction of a new Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) Wastewater Treatment Plant designed to handle and treat increased process flows planned from the existing manufacturing facility. The presence of existing plant infrastructure throughout the small work site was a challenge for all aspects of construction. An excavation shoring system was installed to address the conditions presented, followed by construction of the multi-level cast-in-place concrete tank system, and then completing the installation of the new air blowers, welded stainless steel air piping, and SBR treatment equipment. $5M project completed in 2019.
